Norma Jean Speakman (born 1916) is the mother of Barbara Royle.
History & Personality
As the mother of Barbara, Norma is rather loud and demanding. She loves her family very much, apart from son-in-law Jim, who is always complimenting on bad things about her. She often looks for sympathy from her family, who take no notice, repeating that she is the only elderly woman living in the block of flats, giving hints to move in with them. Norma loves criticising her family, especially Jim, in which he replies saying something nasty.
Appearance
She is usually wearing some sort of flowery blouse or a cardigan. She has a large batch of grey hair on her head but it goes white in The Queen of Sheba.
Death
Norma died in 2006 after seeing her third Great-Grandchild. She was aged 90.
